USING NEURAL NETWORKS IN FINNISH LANGUAGE LESSONS IN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS TO PERSONALIZE THE LEARNING PROCESS

The article presents the opportunities and challenges associated with the introduction of neural networks in the field of language education in middle and high schools. The author of the article considers the didactic potential of neural networks using the example of Perplexity AI for personalizing Finnish language teaching to school students, both in lessons and in extracurricular activities. This article provides examples of the use of neural networks for the purpose of developing and improving students' language skills. Also, in addition to the advantages of using AI in teaching a foreign language, the difficulties that a modern teacher may face when choosing these modern technologies are named, without special training before the introduction of neural networks into pedagogical practice.
