Formation of a model for the personalization of career guidance using a digital career guidance platform as an effective tool for digitalizing career guidance activities

The aim of the study is the formation and theoretical substantiation of the content of a model for the personalization of career guidance using a digital career guidance platform as an effective tool for the digitalization and improvement of career guidance activities in general educational institutions. The article addresses the modeling of the career guidance personalization process, which is necessary for the comprehensive enhancement of the effectiveness of career guidance work in general educational organizations. During the study, an optimal variant of the model’s implementation was selected, featuring a central component with mutually influencing connections to other components, designed for the use of a digital career guidance platform. This chosen model structure includes the orientation of all blocks (goal-setting block, methodological block, structural-content block, and resultative-reflective block) and their substantive components (goals, tasks, methodological approaches, principles, program, criteria and their indicators, structural components, and functions of career guidance personalization) toward the central element of the model—the learner. In the context of this study, the learner acts as the subject of professional orientation. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a model for the personalization of career guidance using a digital career guidance platform as an effective means of digitalization through the disclosure of its content (model blocks and their components). As a result of the study, the content of each model block was defined for the model’s implementation. The developed model is proposed for use in educational institutions (general and secondary schools and lyceums), as the study established that the substantive content of this model is essential for maximizing the effectiveness of personalized career guidance activities within educational organizations.
