Pedagogical conditions for forming the professional readiness of a future class teacher for value-meaningful interaction with a student's family
The aim of this research is to identify and define the pedagogical conditions conducive to effective value-meaningful interaction between the class teacher and the student's family, which, in turn, promotes the formation of future teachers' readiness to perform this function. The success of a child's educational trajectory is largely determined by the quality of interaction between the class teacher and the family. This scholarly work is dedicated to the problem of future teachers' readiness to build productive relationships with students' parents based on mutual trust and understanding. The central focus of the study is the concept of value-oriented interaction, which implies collaborative work based on the sharing of key goals in the education and upbringing of the child. Mutual understanding is achieved through the alignment of pedagogical and family approaches while taking into account the individual values and beliefs of each party. The article presents an analysis of existing problems in this area, examining factors hindering effective interaction, and developing practical recommendations for improving the training of future class teachers. The authors study the mechanisms for developing in student-teachers the competencies necessary for successful collaboration with parents and the integration of family upbringing into school life. The novelty of this research lies in the detailed development of pedagogical prerequisites required for the formation in future class leaders of a professional ability for value-oriented interaction with the student's family. The research results are aimed at addressing the problems of forming the professional competence of teachers in the context of modern education.
