Specificity of A. M. Kuznetsov's reception of the personality and literary legacy of M. V. Yudina

The aim of this study is to identify the specific characteristics of A. M. Kuznetsov's reception of the personality and literary legacy of M. V. Yudina. Based on the books "Paths of Spiritual Contemplation" (2021) and "An Impressed Soul" (2022), introduced into scholarly research for the first time, the methods of creating a multifaceted characterization of M. V. Yudina's image in them are analyzed. The research establishes that A.M. Kuznetsov reveals the facts of M. V. Yudina's biography and creative path in close connection with the historical and cultural context of the era. Furthermore, a distinctive feature of the reception is A. M. Kuznetsov's understanding of the spiritual foundations of M. V. Yudina's personality formation. It is also noteworthy that A. M. Kuznetsov strives to illuminate various aspects of M. V. Yudina's activities – professional, performative, and private, yet richly filled with communication with representatives from various spheres of art and science, which allows him to create a comprehensive basis for identifying M. V. Yudina's contribution to the development of Russian culture in the mid-20th century. The scientific novelty lies in determining the genre originality of A. M. Kuznetsov's collected materials on M. V. Yudina, which do not fit within the framework of a classical description of a life and creative path but approach a model of scientific biography in its modern understanding.
