READING EDUCATION OF THE YOUNGER PUPIL IN STUDENT INSIGHTS
<ns3:p>The idea of rethinking the issue of reading initiation at school because of the sought-after model suggests further research possibilities, which have been presented in this article. Preliminary research this time included students of Pre-school and Early School Pedagogy, who carried out classes on reading for a younger pupil, did internships in educational centers and wanted to share their observations on the organized first literary education. The article thus summarizes the first findings concerning future teachers and their reflections on the organization and direction of elementary reading education from the perspective of didactics of literature and communicative change. The aim of the article is therefore to find out the opinions of future teachers about the organization of elementary reading education in the perspective of literature didactics and communication change. The analysis of the combined opinions allowed to observe that in the design of literary meetings of younger students, future teachers pay attention to the selection of literature, which in order to awaken in the child an authentic need for reading, should actually occupy them. However, they would most often like to oblige the art of words to pedagogical exercises, not very understanding its aesthetic value. The text is also an attempt by the author to return to the project “education for reading”, which was introduced some time ago into the theoretical space of early school pedagogy, the foundations of which were proposed by Zofia Agnieszka Kłakówna. It is primarily connected with the practice of high-artistic literature, which genuinely interests children, and which is accompanied by the idea of contextual reading and experiencing the world.</ns3:p>
