Ways to solve national labor market problems
The article presents the directions of transformations of the labor market of the Russian Federation at the present stage, conducted a survey among the top management of one of the largest enterprises regarding the problems of the national labor market, as well as ways to solve them. It is concluded that at present the problems are more related to the fact that young people do not want to go to work in working professions, trying to secure remote employment, and also try to leave small towns, moving to large settlements. There they receive higher wages and see higher opportunities for their own development, which generally makes the labor market in large regions of Russia scarce. In addition, the lack of professionals in narrow fields is highlighted, which is associated with variable requirements for specialties from employers. There is also a lack of motivation among staff, which does not attract young people to work in large enterprises. It is proposed to create the highest quality effective conditions for labor motivation, increasing wages and financial incentives, which will allow to solve the personnel problem to a certain extent. To solve the problems of the urbanization of the population and the discrepancy between the graduating students and the requirements of employers at the government level by holding joint forums and dialogues in the format: "business – higher school of the country - population – government".
