Auctions of agricultural land plots of state and municipal ownership: monitoring supply and demand

The article presents methodological approaches to the analysis of transactions with agricultural land plots owned by the state and municipal authorities. Proposals for the implementation of lease rights and ownership rights in relation to agricultural land for the period 2021-2023 have been studied. both in Russia as a whole and in part of its European part from state and municipal authorities, as well as from the nature and level of demand from potential buyers and tenants. The results of the auction of land plots as part of the hotel economic regions in the European part of Russia are considered. The ratio of rent for the right to use and own agricultural land and land tax according to the data of the auctions held in relation to rental properties is analyzed. The relationship between the level of unused agricultural land and the average value of rent in the regions of the European part of Russia is shown. It is proposed to change approaches to auctions for the right to lease agricultural land plots of state and municipal ownership.
