Activating the spatial vector is seen as a way out of the current state of crisis in Russia. Russia's national priority in the XXI century is to use the potential of Siberia and the Far East. The goal of the new stage of the country's development is to redirect its strategic partnership from the West to the East, to intensify the development of trade and economic relations with Eastern economies. To create working economic incentives, it is necessary to provide thoughtful long-term government support for private initiative and large-scale public investment.
