Dengue Fever: Diagnostic and Management Techniques
Abstract The dynamics of virus transmission are largely influenced by multiple variables, including rain patterns, temperature fluctuation, urban development level, and the main mosquito carrier, Aedes aegypti . It also investigates the pathogenesis of severe dengue symptoms such as dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome. This study includes a detailed description of the various laboratory diagnostic techniques available, including serological assays, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and nonstructural protein 1 antigen detection. This review article will support efforts around the world to tackle this disease by assisting medical professionals, researchers, and policymakers in creating efficient dengue prevention, diagnosis, and management techniques.
