ANALYSIS OF PHONETIC ERRORS OF BULGARIAN LEARNERS OF CHINESE
This paper analyzes the phonetic errors made by Bulgarian learners of Chinese, highlighting differences in initials, finals, and tones between Bulgarian and Chinese. Due to the significant structural disparities between the two languages, Bulgarian students frequently make typical pronunciation mistakes when learning Chinese. By employing a contrastive linguistic approach, this study examines the causes of these errors from the perspectives of negative language transfer, phonetic perception difficulties, and teaching methods. The paper also proposes strategies for improving pronunciation instruction in Chinese, aiming to provide both theoretical and practical guidance to enhance the phonetic abilities of Bulgarian learners.
