Investigating Tsallis Entropy and Corresponding Magnetocaloric Effect in GaAs Quantum Dot under the Aegis of Noise‐Anharmonicity Interplay
The study analyzes the profiles of Tsallis entropy and Tsallis entropy‐driven thermodynamic properties such as generalized internal energy , generalized heat capacity , and magnetocaloric effect (MCE) of GaAs quantum dot (QD) under the joint influence of anharmonic potential and Gaussian white noise . It becomes evident from the study that the symmetry of the anharmonicity (odd/even), strength of anharmonicity, incorporation of noise, and the means of inclusion of noise (additive/multiplicative), in unison, design the aforementioned profiles. The study reveals magnetic field‐driven enhancement of confinement and resulting depletion of the system's disorder. The combined effect of the above factors brings about rich diversities in the profiles of these thermodynamic quantities.
