IPR: Understanding the Information System and Data Evaluation 'Standing Trends'

Intellectual property rights are the criteria for any unique and quality-based information system. These days the data is more easily available and usually based on any development of a platform that is recognized. Now fundamental which mostly available are the websites and many sites like Web Science, Research Gate, Wikipedia etc. shows many data for the information. Due to cause of similar data and information claiming this idea of descriptive way and shows that many heuristic states for the development of data evaluation for standing trends and this also for understanding the information system. The suggested way for data evaluation by using the state wise prescribed of data authenticity and approval for the property rights and its related proposals for the agent-based rights.The paper is for proposing the state wise valuation system for claiming the rights on information and the data evaluation system from traditional way to technology of information system based. The paper elaborates the system of agent which also rectify the issues and proposed the initial solution for the present information system and data evaluation system. Standing trend basically is the adopted trend in the intellectual system for available information and data research proposals which are authenticated and provided certified rights.
