EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL CLIMÁTICA E PERSPECTIVA DAS REDES FRENTE AOS DESAFIOS NA AMÉRICA LATINA E CARIBE

This article aims to present movements, reflections and experiences of Environmental Education Networks in facing contexts of extreme and serious ecological climate crisis. From a Critical Environmental Education perspective, the study initially contextualizes the theme with reference to the region of Latin America and the Caribbean. In a second, it presents in the Brazilian context the potential of Climate Environmental Education that emerges from a collective effort in Brazil to confront the political-pedagogical scenario and context of climate extremes. In the third stage, the study presents the fertility of the International Network for Research and Climate Resilience (RIPERC) with effective action focused on this agenda of guaranteeing life. RIPERC's experience reinforces how much this equation must be faced collectively.
