Research on Weld Optimization of Steel Structural Welded Beams Using Welding Robots
Welding robots are the future direction of steel structure construction engineering, and their accuracy and cost control over welds are the key advantages over manual welding. This research paper solves the accuracy and cost optimization problem of welded beams in steel structure buildings, and compares the solution of the problem model using eight different algorithms. The Reverse Learning Golden Eagle Optimization (RLGEO) algorithm, introduced in this paper, exhibits advancement when compared to other algorithms, and has demonstrated impressive outcomes in both global search capability and solution precision. Therefore, the reverse learning strategy can improve the Golden Eagle optimization algorithm to solve relevant optimization problems in the field of engineering applications, enhancing its ability to solve more practical engineering problems.
