Research on the Measurement Method of Computing Power Service Quality
With the vigorous development of the computing power industry, computing power services (CPSs) are also showing a trend of rapid development. However, in contrast to the growing development speed of the CPS industry and the market demand, there is currently no specific standard for evaluating the quality of CPSs, and there is a lack of research on the measurement of CPS quality. This has led to phenomena such as the inability to quantify quality indicators, inconsistent quality requirements, and non-standardized service behaviors in the CPS market. This paper proposes a set of evaluation models for CPS quality. On this basis, an evaluation index system for CPS quality is put forward, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to assign weights to all the indicators in the system. Then, the quality measurement methods for each indicator item are designed, and finally, a complete set of measurement methods for CPS quality is formed. This measurement method can serve as the basis for evaluating the quality of CPSs provided by CPS providers and provide a reference for users to select CPSs.
