Selected issues concerning the effects of the termination of the marriage due to the death of one of the spouses and in the case of a divorce decree on the rights of the spouses to housing in terms of the cooperative right to ownership of housing and the cooperative tenant's right to housing are analyzed. The considerations made relate mainly to issues specific to these rights under the Law on housing cooperatives.
