ANALYSIS OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES TO ENHANCE EMPLOYEE WORK ETHIC AT BANK BPRS ARTHA MADANI

This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by Bank BPRS Artha Madani KC Bekasi in developing human resources to improve work ethic and to assess whether these strategies have effectively enhanced the work ethic at the bank. In the Islamic banking industry, improving work ethic through employee training and education is essential. This study adopts a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that: 1) Employee work ethic at Bank BPRS Artha Madani KC Bekasi consists of two key factors—discipline and professional work results—which are not yet fully optimized, as some employees continue to violate the rules; 2) The bank's strategy for developing human resources to improve work ethic involves providing training and development, education, creating a positive work environment, fostering responsibility, motivation, recognition of good performance, skill development, and organizing idea competitions for employees to enhance their abilities, skills, knowledge, and attitudes; 3) The implementation of this human resource development strategy has positively impacted employees, making them more disciplined, motivated, and determined to complete tasks correctly and carefully
