Numerical simulation of oceanic motions and study of their dynamics
The oceans cover a large part of our planet Earth and several studies have been done to understand their dynamics and yet there are several studies that are still going on, and there is so much to be discovered in them. In connection with this, the current study explores the dynamics of the motions in and on the oceans and numerically simulates them. The flow is studied in the dilute limits with no hydrodynamic interactions between the particles present in the fluid and in the presence of the hydrodynamic force among the particles in the fluid. Moreover, the work discusses the equations obtained from the reciprocal theorem, which expresses the hydrodynamic force on the particles present in the fluid at small Reynolds numbers. The paper will discuss the effects of the coupling of the oscillations in the fluid at large differences between the phases and angular momentum, and medium and small differences of the same. The results are presented in terms of the phase space trajectories, which shall show the whirling of the oceanic currents, motions of the small tides and motions of the large tides. The work also shows the rheology calculations and surface plots for the same.
