The experimental group that was provided an emergency medical service guidance video showed higher satisfaction with the use of emergency medical services informational communication style, friendly communication type, and lower anxiety than the control group. Providing emergency medical service guidance videos has a positive effect on increasing emergency medical service satisfaction and nurses' communication satisfaction; it also contributes to reducing anxiety. Repeated studies at various institutions are needed in the future. Conclusion: The emergency medical service guidance video provided higher satisfaction with emergency medical services, informational communication, and friendly communication, as well as lower anxiety, compared to traditional brochure service guidance.
