Analýza klimatických zmien ako bezpečnostnej hrozby

Climate changes, especially represented by global warming, is of interest to a wide range of experts, politicians, military officials, as well as the public. It is becoming one of the main security risks and its impacts pose a serious threat to global security. This paper deals with the issue of climate change as a current security threat, while it is focused on the description of climate change and its main sources. It specifically focuses on the global manifestations of climate change. The aim of this article was to analyze selected environmental security threats and their impacts, such as the impact of climate change on natural resources, human health, migration and the military, as well as to point out their dynamic, interconnected character, which can significantly affect the safety of humans and life on Earth.
