Research on the Path to Improve the Digital Literacy of College Counselors from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

教育数字化转型是国际教育变革的重要战略。培育具有数字素养的新质辅导员队伍是辅导员专业化职业化成长的切实之举，也是推进数字思政的重要抓手，更是国家思想政治教育工作高质量发展的力量之源。目前推进新质思政队伍建设，仍面临着意识与动力不足、数字化技能水平不高、缺乏系统培训体系和激励机制保障等问题。在新质生产力逻辑理论下，通过破除认知困境，强化数字意识；保障资源供给，推动数字应用；构建培训体系，提升数字技能；加强合作交流，促进区域协同；制定评价标准，激励素养提升等多维手段，促进高校辅导员数字素养全面提升。Digital transformation of education is an important strategy for international education change. Cultivating a team of new-quality counselors with digital literacy is a practical measure for counselors to grow professionally, an important tool for promoting digital ideological and political affairs, and a source of strength for the high-quality development of national ideological and political education work. At present, we are still facing problems such as insufficient awareness and motivation, low level of digital skills, and lack of systematic training system and incentive mechanism guarantees. Under the logical logic of new quality productivity, we will promote the comprehensive improvement of digital literacy by breaking cognitive difficulties, strengthening digital awareness; ensuring resource supply, promoting digital application; building a training system to improve digital skills; strengthening cooperation and exchanges to promote regional coordination; formulating evaluation standards, and encouraging literacy improvement and other multi-dimensional means.
