Visual Analysis of Needle-Knife Therapy for the Treatment of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

目的：分析针刀疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法：检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库自建库以来至2024年12月31日收录的关于针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的文献，采用CiteSpace生成图谱进行可视化分析。结果：本研究共纳入503篇文献，年度发文量总体呈上升趋势。在作者及研究机构发文分析中，以林木南为代表的作者合作网络最具代表性，但研究机构之间的合作相对匮乏。前10位高频关键词依次为针刀疗法、推拿、针灸、疗效观察、颈椎病、牵引疗法、颈椎功能、神经根型、电针和超声引导。关键词聚类后得到11个聚类标签，分别为针刀疗法、颈椎病、颈椎功能、水针刀、电针疗法、临床疗效、超声引导、压痛点、临床观察、超声和临床研究。共生成25个突现词，展现了该领域研究逐渐向中西医结合优化方案推进的趋势。结论：该领域研究侧重于临床研究，联合干预是重点；新技术的应用及治疗效果的量化评估是未来研究趋势；目前仍需开展基础性研究及增强研究者、机构之间跨地域交流合作。Objective: To analyze the research status, hot spots and development trend of needle-knife therapy for the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis; Methods: Literature on needle knife treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP, and Wanfang databases since their inception until December 31, 2024 was searched, and CiteSpace was used to generate maps for visualization and analysis. Results: A total of 503 papers were included in this study, with a general upward trend in annual postings. In the analysis of authors’ and research organizations’ postings, the author collaboration network, represented by Lin Mu Nan, was the most representative, but there was a relative lack of collaboration among research organizations. The top 10 high-frequency keywords were, in order, needle-knife therapy, tuina, acupuncture, efficacy observation, cervical spondylosis, traction therapy, cervical spine function, neurogenic, electroacupuncture, and ultrasound guidance. Keyword clustering yielded 11 clustering tags, which were needle knife therapy, cervical spondylosis, cervical spine function, hydroentanglement, electroacupuncture, clinical efficacy, ultrasound guidance, pressure point, clinical observation, ultrasound and clinical research. A total of 25 emergent terms were generated, demonstrating the trend of research in this field gradually advancing towards optimized protocols combining Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion: The research in this field focuses on clinical studies, with combined interventions as a priority; the application of new technologies and quantitative assessment of treatment effects are future research trends; basic research and enhanced cross-regional exchange and cooperation among researchers and institutions are still needed.
