Research Progress on the Mechanism of Acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) Points in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH)是常见的脊柱退行性疾病，其发病主要涉及炎症、机械应力损伤、椎间盘退变、细胞外基质代谢失衡等机制，临床显示针刺夹脊穴可有效治疗LDH。通过检索针刺夹脊穴治疗LDH作用机制相关文献，发现针刺夹脊穴治疗LDH可从神经调控、镇痛、抑制椎间盘退变、维持脊柱稳定、调节炎症及免疫、改善局部循环等维度探讨其作用机制。本文对针刺夹脊穴治疗LDH相关作用机制进行综述，旨在为优化LDH的治疗方案提供科学依据。Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is a common degenerative spinal disorder primarily involving mechanisms such as inflammation, mechanical stress injury, intervertebral disc degeneration, and extracellular matrix metabolic imbalance. Clinical studies have demonstrated that acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B2) points can effectively treat LDH. By reviewing literature on the mechanistic role of Jiaji acupuncture in LDH treatment, we found that its therapeutic effects may involve neuroregulation, analgesia, inhibition of disc degeneration, maintenance of spinal stability, modulation of inflammation and immune responses, and improvement of local microcirculation. This article summarizes the potential mechanisms of Jiaji acupuncture in LDH management, aiming to provide a scientific basis for optimizing LDH treatment strategies.
