This study aims to evaluate the content validity of a questionnaire instrument developed to ensure the effectiveness of a new model of Tadabbur al-Quran through Arabic vocabulary learning supported by augmented reality technology for the adult hearing-impaired community. The instrument was designed to assess the content, elements, and teaching methods using a 7-point Likert scale. For the purpose of evaluating the Content Validity Ratio (CVR), this scale was adapted to a 4-point rating scale. The evaluation process involved experts in the fields of Quranic Education, Special Education for the Hearing-Impaired, and Educational Technology. The study methodology involved content analysis and the calculation of the Content Validity Ratio (CVR), along with Aiken’s V analysis as a supporting method to ensure the relevance and appropriateness of the items with the study objectives. The findings indicate that the developed questionnaire instrument has high content validity, with the majority of items achieving a CVR value of 1.00. Detailed analysis revealed that the constructions of Vocabulary Themes and Content Activities achieved 100% expert agreement, while the Visual Display construct reached 92.3%, and the Vocabulary Domain 80%. To reinforce these findings, Aiken’s V analysis was conducted, yielding an average value of 0.90, indicating a very high level of content validity. In conclusion, both analytical methods confirm that the questionnaire instrument is valid and highly suitable for designing the proposed learning model. This study contributes to the development of a precise assessment tool to enhance Quranic access and understanding among the adult hearing-impaired community. Further research is recommended to test the reliability of this instrument in real-world application contexts.
