The Impact of Surya Namaskar on the Flexibility of U-17 Kabaddi Girls at the School Level
Surya Namaskara is a popular traditional Indian yoga system. It's deduced from the Sanskrit names Surya and Namaskara, which indicate sun salutations. Twelve different physical positions are practiced, alternating between bending forward and backward. The impact of Surya Namaskara on Kabaddi's rigidity at the academy position is examined in this essay.Participants came from a variety of Varanasi educational institutions. To achieve the study's ideal, the named actors were aimlessly assigned to one of two groups the experimental group or the control group. While the control group did nothing but their usual routine and no redundant training, the experimental group rehearsed Surya Namaskara for eight weeks and five days. This study used a five- day, eight- week Surya Namaskara training session as the intervention. Apre-test andpost-test design for the groups was used to conduct the study. Surya Namaskara improved kabaddi mobility at the academy position, according to the study's findings. The notable enhancement in kabaddi inflexibility at the academy position and the notable variation in inflexibility between the experimental and control groups are the main motifs of this study.
