An Early Nightmare Postrenal Transplant-renal Allograft Compartment Syndrome
Renal allograft compartment syndrome (RACS) is an early complication following kidney transplantation. We are reporting a case of RACS in a patient within few hours of renal allograft transplantation which was treated by emergency surgical decompression.
