INTERVENÇÕES PRECOCES EM CARDIOPATIAS FETAIS - O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO OBSTETRA NO CUIDADO INTEGRADO: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Introduction: Fetal heart diseases are common and serious malformations, responsible for high neonatal mortality. Early diagnosis, ideally by the fifth month of pregnancy, is essential for planning effective care and interventions. The obstetric nurse plays a fundamental role in early identification, providing humanized care, and coordinating multiprofessional assistance, thereby contributing to better maternal and neonatal outcomes. This study investigates the importance of such interventions within the context of integrated care. Objective: Demonstrate the role of the obstetric nurse in the multidisciplinary team and its importance in organizing care, benefiting the well-being of the pregnant woman and the survival of the newborn. In addition to contributing to prenatal assessment, early identification of risks, referral and monitoring of pregnant women with fetuses with heart disease. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review. Following the six stages established by Marcela Tavares de Souza, the study used databases such as LILACS, MEDLINE, PubMed, and BVS. Specific descriptors were applied, with article screening based on titles, full texts, and critical analysis of selected studies to support the development of this research. Results: The Rayyan tool was used to organize the selection process. Initially, 591 articles were identified, with 12 selected for final analysis based on inclusion criteria such as language (Portuguese, English, and Spanish), time frame (last 10 years), and relevance to the topic. Final considerations: The study demonstrated that early diagnosis of fetal heart diseases is essential to reduce neonatal morbidity and mortality and ensure better outcomes. The obstetric nurse plays a crucial role in this process by providing humanized care, identifying risks, guiding the pregnant woman, and coordinating care with the multiprofessional team.
