Assessment of Digital Tools for Managing the Development of the Resource Base of Aircraft Manufacturing Enterprises

The relevance of the research topic is due to the intensity of the implementation of modern trends in the digital economy. The purpose of the work is to analyze trends in the digital transformation of industrial giants of the Russian aircraft industry in the context of the development of the resource base. For this purpose, the practical application and assessment of digital tools in the field of asset management, namely, core and non-core real estate as part of the property of enterprises, is considered using the example of PJSC United Aircraft Corporation. As an example of digitalization of profile real estate management, an example of optimizing the production areas of the Ulyanovsk Aircraft Plant based on a business process description tool using the SIPOC matrix is presented. Digitalization of non-core real estate management processes is considered by demonstrating the format of the corporate website, the functionality of which is similar to electronic digital platforms; additionally, an analysis of information from the official website on real estate for 2018–2020 was carried out. The results of the study are supported by a systematic study of the scientific works of leading experts in the field of digital economy, as well as research conducted on the assets of PJSC Yakovlev Corporation. Thus, the review made it possible to analyze the existing management methods used in the management and functioning of the enterprise using digitalization tools. An important result of the study may be the possibility of identifying the resource potential in the key of optimizing the composition of property, identifying the level of integration of digital technologies into the field of management and emerging risks during this process.
