Research on Personal Information Protection in the Context of Digital Justice
Against the backdrop of accelerated digital justice advancement, personal information protection faces dual challenges from technological applications and legal regulation. The integration of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence into judicial scenarios, while enhancing judicial efficiency, has exacerbated risks including personal information leakage, algorithmic discrimination, and data misuse. Traditional protection mechanisms struggle to address dynamic and scenario-specific personal information processing demands due to legal lag, fragmented systems, and insufficient technical adaptation. This paper explores digital justice as a research field, analyzing current conditions and legal risks across four stages: data collection, processing, sharing, and disclosure. It proposes optimized protection pathways from three dimensions—legal regulation, technical governance, and collaborative governance—to balance judicial efficacy and citizens’ rights.
