ASSESSMENT OF LABOR PRODUCTIVITY AND REMUNERATION BASED ON ECONOMIC ANALYSIS PROCEDURES

This article analyzes the use of labor resources at the enterprise LLC «Agrofirma «Kolos» in the Lev-Tolstovsky district of the Lipetsk region. The dynamics of the cost of gross output, the number of employees and annual labor productivity for the period from 2021 to 2023 were considered. A factor analysis of gross output was also carried out, a reserve for reducing labor intensity was calculated, and the ratio of labor productivity growth rates to wages was revealed.
