LEGAL FACTS-STATES IN FAMILY LAW OF RUSSIA

The article examines the specifics of legal facts-states in family law of Russia. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of legal regulation of continuing legal facts in family legal relations. The relevance of the work is due to the need for theoretical understanding of legal states as the basis of family legal regulation. The research methodology is based on systematic analysis of legal norms and doctrinal sources. The research results show that legal facts-states occupy a central place in the mechanism of family legal regulation, determining the content and dynamics of family legal relations.
