Development of Methodological Approaches to the Management of Oncoepidemiological Indicators Based on the Model of Early Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Organizational and methodological work aimed at public awareness, stratification of risk groups, development of a screening program for hepatocellular carcinoma for high-risk groups, formation of an interdisciplinary team at the regional level, monitoring patient routing and meeting deadlines at various stages can have a positive impact on oncoepidemiological indicators. An increase in the proportion of newly diagnosed cases in the early stages, in turn, allows the use of modern approaches and technologies for the treatment of patients: surgical treatment, transarterial chemoembolization, new antitumor therapy regimens.
