Renewable Energy Communities. An outstanding question: the distribution of incentives

The article examines in depth a controversial question, that assumes central relevance in energy communities: the spreading of incentives between members of the community, when it takes form of a non-profit entity. The reflection takes inspiration from a Revenue agency’s decision and from a Study, published recently and ordered by the National Council of Notaries, underlining some critical remarks on both positions.
