AUTOMATION OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) ISSUANCE MANAGEMENT: MODERN APPROACHES AND PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS

The article addresses the automation of accounting and distribution processes for personal protective equipment (PPE) within occupational health and safety management systems. By analyzing the re-quirements of Russian legislation, the study justifies the need for digital solutions to improve accounting accuracy, reduce administrative burdens, and minimize occupational risks. Key automation methods are explored, including specialized software (exemplified by the "1C: Occupational Safety" module) and dedicated equipment for PPE maintenance and distribution. Special emphasis is placed on software functionalities that automate standardization, usage period monitoring, integration with HR systems, and reporting
