Design and Research of Dual Full-Bridge Inverters for Electromagnetic Transmitters
Electromagnetic transmitter as an important part of electromagnetic exploration, is an instrumentation applied to deep geological exploration, the size of its output electromagnetic field is directly related to the quality of the emitted current, the emitted current directly affects the interpretation of the deeper geological structure of the inversion, and the inverter emitter circuit of the transmitter directly determines the current, for the poor stability of the previous transmitter, can only output a single waveform of the drawbacks of the dual full-bridge high-frequency inverter solves this problem, the inverter adopts the third generation semiconductor device SiC MOSFET, the article by analysing the transient process of SiC MOSFET, simulation and analysis to solve the problem of the spike oscillation between the source gate, so that the electromagnetic transmitter can reach the maximum transmitter voltage of 1000V, the maximum transmitter current up to 20A, and the successful transmission of a 200kHz bipolar The transmitter has successfully launched 200kHz bipolar square wave and 10kHz two-phase orthogonal sine wave, which greatly improves the efficiency of the transmitter and contributes to the space exploration of the middle and shallow geological layers.
