Design and Multi-Objective Optimization of High-Power-Density Motors
This document focuses on the design and multi-objective optimization of high-power-density motors for heavy-duty vertical erection systems. Based on the practical requirements of a heavy-duty erection platform project, a high-power-density motor was designed and optimized, addressing the performance challenges in high-load startup scenarios. The main contents of the article include the design of key motor dimensions, optimization of topological structure called Halbach magnetization, and the application of a multi-objective intelligent genetic algorithm. Thus, the power density of the motor was significantly improved. While meeting critical technical specifications such as power and torque, the weight and volume of the motor were substantially reduced, enabling spatial integration of the system, effectively reducing the load, and contributing to the shortening of the erection time. The results provid theoretical foundations and technical support for the application of high-power-density motors in specialized scenarios such as heavy-duty erection.
