Stability Analysis and Simulation of Magnetic Bearing System Integrating Fuzzy Control and Sliding Mode Control

This paper proposes a sliding mode and fuzzy fusion control method to address the inherent instability and perturbation sensitivity of magnetic bearing systems. Using an adaptive weight allocation mechanism, the method combines advantages of both control strategies to achieve superior performance. System modeling and stability analysis demonstrate theoretical feasibility through Lyapunov stability theory, while comprehensive simulation experiments validate significant improvements in both time and frequency domain performance. Under various operating conditions including external disturbances and parameter uncertainties, the proposed fusion controller achieves remarkable results: regulation time of 13.5ms, steady-state error of 1.5μm, and control bandwidth of 112Hz. Compared to traditional single control methods, the system shows 38.5% overall performance improvement. Additionally, the controller demonstrates enhanced robustness against load variations and rotational imbalance, with reduced power consumption and computational requirements, making it highly suitable for practical applications in high-speed rotating machinery.
