Manuscript Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Oil Churning and Torque Loss of Automatic Shift Gearbox
As the key component of the loader, the automatic shift gearbox is of great significance. The oil churning characteristics and torque loss of the gearbox determine the stability of the transmission system. In this paper, based on the moving particle semi-implicit method (MPS), a simulation model of planetary gear train churning in the gearbox is established, which provides a method to study gearbox churning. The churning characteristics of the gearbox transmission system are analyzed, the churning torque loss of the gear is studied, and the lubrication effect of the gear system is discussed. The results show that: The oil flow field of the gearbox basically reached equilibrium at the time of 2 s. However, the gear near the input shaft has less contact oil, which needs to be matched with oil injection lubrication. The torque loss of the churning oil shows a periodic change, and the loss of the input shaft gear fluctuates around <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$4 ~\mathrm{N} \cdot ~\mathrm{m}$</tex>.
