Root Cause Analysis and Traceability of Quality Issues in the Assembly Process of Complex Aerospace Products Based on Bayesian Networks
Complex aerospace products hold significant strategic value, serving not only as a reflection of a nation's technological strength and industrial capability but also directly impacting national defense security, economic development, and global competitiveness. The assembly process of complex aerospace products is characterized by multiple operations, intricate procedures, numerous quality attributes, and limited data samples. Given the involvement of numerous components and process stages, any quality issue at any step may affect the final product's performance and reliability. Therefore, root cause analysis and traceability of quality issues are crucial. Conducting root cause analysis on existing quality issues, identifying their origins, and resolving them is a key approach to improving the quality of the complex aerospace product assembly process.
