Design of a Digital Twin-Based Shuttle Car Motion Control and Data Monitoring System with API Interface for Underground Coal Mines
This article designs and implements an underground coal mine shuttle car system based on simple motion control. By integrating SolidWorks modeling with the Unity3D simulation platform, a digital twin model is built to achieve basic motion controls such as forward, reverse, and turning, along with dynamic parameter configurations for power, steering, and braking. A UI interface is developed for real-time monitoring of operational data and controlling the unloading mechanism. Sensor data is transmitted via LoRa, MQTT, and WebSocket protocols, enabling virtual-real synchronization and precise control, thus providing technical support for the intelligent upgrade of coal mine transportation systems.
