Demonstration of Heterogeneous Photonic Integrated Circuits for a Distributed Radar Network

A distributed radar network implemented with heterogeneous InP-SOI PICs is demonstrated. It features a primary PIC that generates and collects coherent radar signals to and from the secondary PIC, which performs frequency conversion operations.
