Analysis of Vibration in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Using a New Control Algorithm
In common permanent magnet synchronous motors control systems based on sliding control of sliding mode, there are many issues such as difficulty in effectively reducing oscillation and challenges in achieving smooth switching. To address these problems, a novel reaching law to the conventional sliding mode control (SMC) method is introduced by this paper. This new approach improves the usual sliding mode control by addressing the issue of oscillation caused by non-smooth switching near the sliding surface, thereby enhancing system stability and control performance. A simulation model was built in MATLAB/Simulink to analyze the control effect of the new strategy. The results show that the new reaching law effectively reduces motor oscillation and quickly tracks speed signals.
