Numerical Calculation of Complex Flow Field in Regulating Valve and Experimental Study of PIV
In order to explore the unsteady flow characteristics of regulating valves used in circulation system, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of three regulating valves, and uses the method of numerical simulation to compare and analyze the three regulating valves under the two opening degrees of 100% and 75%. The results show that the scheme with the number of noise reduction plate holes is 195, and the flow state is stable at 100% and 75% valve opening degrees, and the effect of vibration and noise reduction is the best. Therefore, this scheme is selected to carry out follow-up experiments. PIV velocity measurement technology is used to study and analyze the flow field visualization of noise reduction regulating valve, master the flow field characteristics under different flow rates, and verify the accuracy of numerical calculation by PIV test of the average flow rate and velocity streamline. The results show that the decrease of valve opening makes the average flow velocity in the valve channel increase, but has little effect on the velocity flow line in the valve channel.
