Functional state of the reproductive system for women with a uterine fibroids by of benigh ovarian formations to treatment

The objective: to estimate the functional state of the reproductive system for women with uterine fibroids by of benighovarianformations to treatment.Materials and methods. For implementation of the real research under our supervision there were patients with of benightumours ovaries and uterus. We are inspect 160 patients, 110 from them entered in a basic group, 50 patients made the group of comparison. From additional methods researches were used: estimation of hormonal status, echography, hysterosalpingography, roentgenologic research of stomach and intestine, hysteroscopy, laparosopy, colposcopy. For separate patients carried out an electro-encephalography and mammography.Results. Information is got by us testify that taking into account young age, presence of infertility and less of births in anamnesis, desire to have children, small sizes of tumours ovaries and uterus in most women of basic group, at an inspection and choice of tactic of conduct of patients of this group we gave advantage to the complex inspection and treatment with application of methods of endoscopic surgery. In the group of comparison for control we conducted the generally accepted inspection and treatment (operative interference was conducted by laparotomy access) according to the standards of grant of medicare, created for this nosology. Conclusions. For the women of reproductive age of combination of benightumours ovaries and uterus meets in 11,6% cases of all gynaecological diseases. Uterine fibroids is more frequent all combined with ephithelial (51,8% cases) and germinogenic by their forms (30,9%), and with tumular educations follicle (4,5%) cysts are more frequent all combined. Uterine fibroids in combination with the tumours of ovaries reduces to 40% reproductive function due to the disbalance of pituitary and ovarian hormones of different degree of expressed depending on character of tumour of ovaries
