An Analysis of the Development Directions and Construction Pathways of Participatory Intangible Cultural Heritage Museums
This study reviews existing research on participatory intangible cultural heritage museums, analyzes academic progress and limitations, and suggests future directions for research. It first outlines the development direction of participatory intangible cultural heritage museums, then analyzes their construction paths from policy, characteristics, and practice perspectives. The study finds that most research is case-based and lacks a systematic framework for analyzing participatory mechanisms tailored to intangible cultural heritage. It proposes future development directions, including constructing participatory mechanisms, dissolving power and spatial boundaries, and reconfiguring participatory behaviors with digital technologies.
