Factor Analysis of the Volume of Current Housing Construction in the Khabarovsk Region

The article examines the dynamics of the main indicators of housing construction in the Khabarovsk Territory in recent years. The uneven growth of supply and demand indicators in the primary housing market is shown. An assessment of the impact of mortgage lending on the volume of housing construction is given, including in the context of the implementation of the Far Eastern mortgage program. The peculiarity is noted that the growth of housing construction is observed despite the continuing migration outflow of the population from the region with a relatively stable population in the capital of the region — Khabarovsk, where more than 99 % of housing projects are being implemented.
