Simulation and design of DAC based on R2R resistor network
In many modern electronic systems, especially in communication and audio processing systems, digital-to-analog converters (DAC) play an indispensable role as an important medium therein. With the continuous progress of communication technology and digital signal processing technology, higher requirements have been put forward for digital-to-analog converters (DAC). In this paper, a digital DAC system is designed based on the architecture of R2R resistor network. The simulation circuit is built in Multisim, and finally, the system is tested and verified using FPGA to prove the rationality of this architecture DAC.
