Monitoring of three-dimensional infrared temperature field of transformer based on spatiotemporal fusion analysis
As an indispensable key equipment in the power system, transformers generate a certain amount of heat during operation, leading to a temperature rise. If the temperature is too high, it can cause damage to the insulating materials and windings of the transformer, and may even trigger serious safety accidents such as fires. Therefore, real-time temperature monitoring of transformers is particularly important. This paper proposes a three-dimensional infrared temperature field monitoring algorithm for transformers based on the fusion of spatial point clouds and time-series infrared images - three-dimensional infrared temperature field monitoring of transformers based on spatiotemporal fusion analysis. This method utilizes infrared cameras to capture infrared images of transformers, which are mapped onto a three-dimensional point cloud model of the transformer through three-dimensional remote sensing technology, forming a comprehensive temperature field. Based on the above data, automated data analysis of the transformer in spatial and temporal dimensions can quickly identify early defects such as abnormal temperature distribution and abnormal temperature gradients, which are difficult to detect. This method not only overcomes the limitations of traditional monitoring methods but also enables a more comprehensive and accurate grasp of the operating state of transformers, which is of great significance for improving the safety and reliability of the power system.
