Construction of an integrated application environment for scientific research product trial production

In contemporary military enterprises, scientific research and trial production are often hampered by limited digital capabilities, leading to issues such as design-trial production disconnect, frequent data revisions, and a less-rigorous trial production process compared to batch production. As research tasks proliferate, existing trial production frameworks struggle to cater to the diverse demands of experimental products and the concurrent execution of multiple research trials. Therefore, there is a pressing need to harness digital technologies to establish seamless data flows across design, process, procurement, and manufacturing during trial production. This includes effective data management, process flow control, and enhancement of trial production efficiency. Against this backdrop, We have established an integrated application process for trial production of scientific research products based on BOM data. To facilitate this process, we propose an integrated framework that leverages advanced Product Data Management (PDM) systems, Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The goal of this framework is to create a seamlessly integrated application environment, ensuring smooth and efficient prototyping of scientific research products.
