Small sample maintainability analysis of machining center subsystem
With the continuous improvement of the reliability of machining center, some subsystems of machining center show the characteristics of long life, less faults and less maintenance. In these long-life subsystems, not only the maintenance data distributed in each subsystem is less, but also the prior information about the maintainability of the subsystem is less. In view of this situation, the lognormal distribution model is transformed into a normal distribution model. The maintainability model of subsystem is established by using normal distributed small sample modeling method without prior information and differential evolution algorithm. The conclusion shows that the maintainability of exchange table is the lowest. The comparison of the indexes shows that the parameter estimation results of the maintenance model proposed in this paper are true and accurate.
